Funeral services were held at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday in the First Methodist Church, Dickens, for Mrs. Evie E. Price, 86. Rev. Archie Echols, pastor of the First United Methodist Church, Spur, officiated.

Mrs. Price died March 3 in High Plains Nursing Home, Hale Center. She was a member of the Church of Christ.

She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Frances Walters, Newhall, Calif. and Mrs. Olta Hallmark, Lubbock; two grandchildren.

Pallbearers included O. D. Thompson, K. W. Street, Cecil Meadors, J. D. McCormick, Geral Farley, John J. Cumbie.

Burial was in Dickens Cemetery.
