U.S.Flag   SPUR (Special) — Graveside services for Edd Partridge, 53, of Dickens, will be at 3 p.m. Sunday in the Dickens Cemetery with the Rev. C. L. Atkinson, pastor of the First Baptist Church of Dickens, officiating, assisted by the Rev. Luella Ardhuerumly, Methodist minister from Jayton.

Burial will be under the direction of Campbell Funeral Home of Spur.

Partridge was pronounced dead upon arrival at Rolling Plains Memorial Hospital in Sweetwater about 1:30 a.m. Friday after suffering a gunshot wound. He was discovered in his automobile by a sheriff's deputy. Justice of the Peace Thomas Greene was expected to rule the death following receipt of reports from investigating officers.

Partridge was a Dickens County resident most of his life and was a retired crop duster.

Survivors include two daughters, Beth and Kim, both of Jayton; two sons, Leslie and Robert, both of Waco; his mother, Ruth Partridge of Lubbock; a brother, Jack of Socorro, NM; four sisters, Helen Bingham of Scottsdale, AZ; Louise Shartp and Jne Goodwin both of Lubbock, and Linda Cavanaw of San Francisco, Calif.
