Biography

John Early Noland married Dianna Delsie July 6, 1961. They live in Friona, Texas. They have three children: Kenna Elizabeth Noland Smith, Jonna Renee Noland Bryant, and Clayton Curtis Noland. Kenna lives in Jacksboro, Texas, and Renee and C.C. live in Friona.

Obituary

DICKENS (Special) — Graveside services for John Earley Noland, 64, of Spur were Wednesday, January 13, 1999 at Dickens Cemetery. Rev. Richard Harbison of Spur officiated. Burial was under direction of Campbell Funeral Home of Spur.

He died Monday, Jan. 11, 1999, in Spur Care Center. He was born Feb. 8, 1934, in Dickens. He lived in Friona,TX where he was plant foreman for Excel Beef Corp. from 1969 until his retirement in 1981. He was a member of the VFW and the Millwright Union. He was a Baptist.

Survivors include his wife, Diana Delisle, Lubbock; a son, Clayton Curtis of Lubbock; two daughters, Kenna Kinning of Lubbock and Renae Bryant of Lubbock; one sister, Jewel Holder, Spur; and five grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Jimmy Noland, Johnny Noland, Jeff Harkey, Deon Harkey, Stephen Adams and Lewis Putman.
