Ethel, the nine-year-old child of Mr. and Mrs. J. A. Murchison, living near Dickens City, was bitten by a rattlesnake July 1st and died July 9th. The messages had been coming that she was doing very well until Thursday the sad news of her death was received. Her suffering was great the last few hours of her life.

She was a grand daughter of Mrs. Murchison and a niece of J. T. Sanders and Mrs. Wiley Dodd.

We sympathize with all the relatives and especially the heart broken parents.

Mrs. Murchison left on the noon train to be with her son's family in their trouble.
