Services for Justene H. McBride, 65, of Dickens were at 5 p.m. Tuesday, July 25, in the Dickens Church of Christ. Burial was made in Dickens Cemetery.Grandsons served as pallbearers.
Mrs. McBride died at 9:35 p.m. the previous Sunday in Crosbyton Clinic Hospital after a short illness.
The deceased had been a Dickens resident since 1933. A native of Eastland County, she was married to Roy S. McBride on Nov. 23, 1928 in Clovis, NM.
Survivors include her husband, Roy; her mother, Esther Simpson of Lubbock; two sons, Bill R. McBride of Post and Robert D. McBride of Lubbock; a daughter, Linda Faye Sedgwick of Ralls; a brother; five sisters; nine grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
