Janette Latham, 76 passed away Tuesday February 12, 2013 in Lubbock, Texas. She was born on September 9, 1936 in Spur, Texas to Richard Charles and Bessie Mae Eubank Brittain.
Janette was the Dickens City Secretary in Dickens, Texas for many years. She is survived by her husband Gordon Latham of Dickens, Tx.; one daughter Diane Latham and one son John Latham both of Dickens, Texas; one brother Rick Henderson of Hobbs, New Mexico and seven grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents Richard and Bessie Mae Brittain.
Graveside services will be Friday February 15, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at Dickens Cemetery in Dickens, Texas with Tommy Henderson officiating under the direction of Zapata Funeral Home of Spur, Texas.
In lieu of flowers donations could be made to the Dickens Senior Citizens Center.

Services for Glenn Gordon Latham will be Tuesday November 25, 2014 at 10:30 A.M. at Zapata Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Tommy Bailey officiating. Interment will follow at Dickens Cemetery under the direction of Zapata Funeral Home of Spur.
Glenn passed from this life on Saturday, November 22, 2014 in Dickens, TX. Glenn was born April 30, 1936 to Glenn Earl and Dorothy Lee Kearly Latham. He married Janette Eubank on June 22, 1957 in Dickens, TX.
He is survived by two children; John and Diane Latham both of Dickens, TX; two sisters: Nancy Richardson of Vernon, TX and Gail Ward of San Angelo, TX; seven grandchildren and one great grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Glenn Earl and Dorothy Lee Latham; his wife, Janette Latham; two brothers: Paul Latham, and Jimmy Latham.
Donations can be made in honor of Glenn to the North Dickens County Senior Citizens and the Spur Library.
