Graveside services for Danny Kautz were held 11:00 am, Saturday, November 29, 2003 at Dickens Cemetery with Rev. Tommy Henderson and Ben Kautz officiating. Burial was under the direction of Campbell Funeral Home.He died Tuesday, November 25, 2003 in Dickens.
Mr. Kautz was born October 3, 1966 to Richard and Valentina Ramirez Kautz in Grapevine, TX. He graduated from Patton Springs High School in 1984. He married Luvinia Sutton. Mr. Kautz served for several years on the Dickens Fire Department. He also worked for the city of Dickens before going to work at Rinkers in Roaring Springs.
He was preceded in death by his father in 2001.
He is survived by his mother; one son, Jacob; one daughter, Dahlia, a stepson, Peter Dickinson, four brothers, Richard Kautz Jr., Bobby and Ben, all of Dickens and Sammy, of Spur; two sisters, Maria Kautz of Dickens and Sylvia Schmalzried of Plainview.In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials be made to St. Judes Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1905 or The Disabled Veterans, National Headquarters, P.O. Box 14301, Cincinnati, OH. 45250-0301.
