Funeral services for Warren Formby, 66, were held Sunday at 2:30 p.m. in the First Baptist Church, Dickens, Rev. Wayne Day, officiated.

Mr. Formby, a service station attendant, died Jan. 6. He had been a resident of Dickens County since 1915. He was a member of the Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Opal Formby, Dickens; one step-daughter, Freda Harrington, Dickens; one brother, R.D. Formby, Bakersfield, Calif.; five sisters, Mrs. George L. Dobbs, San Jose, CA Mrs. George Hicks, Muleshoe; Mrs. John Baxter, Elsinore, CA; Mrs. Fay Slough, Dickens.

Pallbearers included Dewey Dement, Hardy Dement, Bobby Lassiter, Clyde White, Clarence Alexander, J.L. Koonsman, Honroary pallbearers included Bil Dement, J.T. Johnston and Earl Stamps.

Interment was in Dickens Cemetery.
