S.E. Braly S. E. Braly, 77 passed away Monday March 5, 2012 at his home in Dickens, Texas. He was born on July 7, 1934 in Ralls, Texas to Samuel Eldon Braly and Jessie Mae Teston Carter. He married the love of his life Wanda Robertson on August 8, 1953 in Afton, Texas.

S.E. Braly had two main things in his life, his love for his Savior and Lord and the love for his family. Both were a very important part in his life. The love for his family, he made sure that they all knew the Lord. He worked very hard providing for his family by being a lineman and a police officer for many years. He loved to go fishing and his favorite past time was hunting arrow heads.

S.E. (Dad) is survived by his wife of 58 years Wanda Braly of Dickens, Texas and four children; one daughter Debbie Atkinson and husband Terry of Spur, Texas; three sons Terry Braly and wife Becky of Dickens, Texas; Jeff Braly and wife Rhonda of Spur, Texas; and Jamie Braly and wife Tonya of Spur, Texas. Beside his children he felt he was blessed beyond measure when it came to his grandkids. He was blessed with eight grandchildren Aarone McClendon and husband Gary of Plainview, Texas; Prissy Follis and husband Brad of Andrews, Texas; Scott Braly and wife Alisa of Lubbock, Texas; Kassi Atkinson of Spur, Texas and Kerri Atkinson of Lubbock, Texas (twins he called Pea�s); Carson (Puddle Duck) Braly, Stephen (Cub) Braly; and Jayme (Precious) Braly all of Spur, Texas. Also four great grandchildren River Rider; Jaylee and Braylon Braly and Rachel McClendon. Dad also had one sister Annette Johnson and five brothers Bobby Braly; Sam Wayne Braly; Donald Ray Braly; Floyd Carter and Roy Carter.

S.E. (Dad) is preceded in death by his parents Eric and Jessie Mae Carter and Sam and Wilda Braly.

Services for Dad will be Thursday March 8, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at Calvary Temple Church in Dickens, Texas with Jamie Braly and Terry Braly officiating under the direction of Campbell Funeral Home.
