Funeral rites for Mrs. Rachel Alice Bradley, 78, Dickens resident who died late Saturday in the home of a daughter in Idalou, were conducted Sunday afternoon in Dickens Baptist Church, Rev. B. C. Stonecipher, pastor officiated.

Burial was in Dickens Cemetery, directed by Bryan McDonald & Son Funeral Home.

Mrs. Bradley had resided in Dickens for 36 years.

Survivors include four daughters: Mrs. Minnie Jackson and Mrs. Mary Mayo, both of Dickens, Mrs. Una Lovern of Petersburg and Mrs. Nathan Thacker of Idalou; two sons, J.D. of Roaring Springs and W.F. of Matador; 26 grandchildren, and 21 great grandchildren.
