AFTON —(Special) Services for Jo Ann Wilson, 58, of Prairie Village, Kan. will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Afton Baptist Church in Afton with the Rev. C.L. Atkinson, pastor, officiating.

Burial will be in Afton Cemetery under the direction of Seigler Funeral Home of Matador.

She died Friday, June 18, 1999, at her home.

She was born Jan. 26, 1941, in Tahoka. She was a graduate of Monterey High School. She was a member of Highland Baptist Church. She married Jim Wilson in 1960. They lived in Lubbock prior to moving to Kansas in 1969.

Survivors include her husband; a son, Jay of Prairie Village; a daughter, Janna of Prairie Village; and two brothers, Bob Jones of Lubbock and Dennis Jones of Afton.

The family suggests memorials to American Cancer Society.
