SPUR (Special) — Graveside services for Charles L. "Bud" Scott, 89, of Crosbyton and formerly of Afton, will be at 4:30 p.m. today in Afton Cemetery with Carrol Robertson of Crosbyton officiating.

Burial will follow under direction of Campbell Funeral Home.

He died in the Crosbyton Care Center at 10:30 p.m. Sunday after a lengthy illness.

He was born in Oklahoma Indian Territory and had lived in Dickens County since 1915. He was a retired farmer and a 50 year Mason.

Survivors include several nieces and nephews.
