Obituary

Funeral rites for Mrs. Daisy Harvey, 86, were held at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday in Primitive Baptist Church. officiating were Elder Lee Bolding of Hereford, Elder J. T. Graham of Lubbock and Elder L.M. Handley of Crosbyton.

Burial was in Afton Cemetery under direction of King Funeral Home.

Mrs.Harvey died at 8:45 a.m. Monday in the local hospital after a short illness. She was born in Erath County and moved to Dickens County in 1900 where she lived until a year ago when she moved to Nichols Manor Nursing Home here.

She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Siblye Kelly of San Antonio; four sons, Lawton of Dickens, Lewis of Afton, S.P. of Wayside and Lilburn of McAdoo; one sister, Mrs. Rosy Young of Dell City, 13 grandchildren 13 great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Raymond Harris, E.H. Tooke, Noble Neff, Bill Young, J.B. Barton and John Burrow.
