DENTON COUNTY AHGP WILLS AND PROBATE Last Will and Testament of Abraham R. Loving
The State of Texas
County of Denton
I, Abraham R. Loving of the county and state above written, being of sound mind and memory, but feeble in health, do make and
publish, this, as my last Will and Testament.
Item 1st: When I depart this life I desire that all my just debts be paid.
Item 2nd: I give and bequeath to my dearly beloved wife, Susanna, all my real estate, of whatever character, situated in the City
of Sherman, County of Grayson, State of Texas, known as A. R. Loving's Addition, to said City of Sherman, together with all improvements
thereon. Also all my personal property of whatever character and all moneys that may be due me from any source whatever, at my
decease, together with all money that may remain on hand after the payment of my debts as above stated.
Item 3rd: I give and bequeath to my daughter, Aby Fitzgerald, of the said County of Denton and State aforesaid, my present homestead
in the City of Denton, containing two acres of land, more or less, being the same deeded to me by J. A. Dunham, being a part of a
six acre tract deeded to J. B. Ford by William Loving and wife and a part of the said William Loving 160 acre survey, together with
all the improvements thereon or belonging thereto.
Item 4th: I give and bequeath to my granddaughter, Mollie V. McCoy, fifty acres of land being the balance now owned by me of the North
half of my 640 acre Head Right survey, situated in Denton County.
Item 5th: I give and bequeath to my three grandchildren, Guthrie Ellen, Ann Eliza Lee and William Rife, minor heirs of Louisa C.
Gray, deceased, one hundred acres of land off the North end of the South half of my 640 acre Head Right survey, in said Denton
County, including the improvements thereon.
Item 6th: I give an bequeath to my son, Jesse P. Loving, and my granddaughter, Susan R. Williams, two hundred and twenty acres of
land, being the remainder of the South half of my 640 acrea Head Right survey, and lying immediately south of the one hundred acres
bequeathed to minor heirs of Louisa C. Gray, deceased.
And it is my request that no action be had in the courts, except the probating of this will.
