WILLS AND PROBATE
Last Will and Testament of William Johnson


In the name of God, Amen! Know all men that I, William Johnson, being sound in mind but weak in body, do ordain and make this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all others made or said to have been made by me, do will and bequeath as follows, viz:

1st: That all my lawful debts be paid.

2nd: At the death of my beloved wife, I will all my real estate to my son, John A. Johnson.

3rd: I direct that my son, John A. Johnson, pay to my daughters Mary and Anna Johnson three hundred dollars to each one at the death of my wife and their mother; also to pay to my grandson, Charles Rogers, one hundred dollars when he is 20 years of age.

4th: My wife may dispose of my personal property at any time she may think proper.

In testimony whereof I have set my hand and seal, using scroll for seal, this 3rd day of December, A.D. 1878.
