Funeral services for Juanita Rodriquez Salas, 65, of Ralls were held at 4 p.m. Wednesday in St. Michael's Catholic Church with the Rev. Harold Waldow, pastor of the church, officiating.Burial was in Ralls Cemetery under the direction of Carter-Adams Funeral Home here.
Mrs. Salas died at 7:30 p.m. Monday in Caprock Hospital in Floydada after a lengthy illness.
She had lived in Ralls since 1937. She married Vicente Salas, Sept. 23, 1931, in Paris.
Survivors include her husband; five sons, Julian, Bicenta, Ruben and Juan, all of Ralls, and Justo of Kenady; two stepsons, Nitnida Luane of Ralls and Fred Laune of Yuma, Colo.; three daughters, Lususa Cuellar, Gloria Conterues and Elisa Gonzales, all of Ralls; a stepdaughter, Juanita Valesquez of Ralls; a sister, Ester Rodriquez of San Antonio; 37 grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.

Services for Bicente Salas Sr., 89, of Ralls were held at 4 p.m. Friday, Feb. 18, 2000, at St. Michael's Catholic Church with the Rev. Leonardo Pahamtang officiating.
Rosary was said at 7 p.m., Thursday, Feb.17, 2000, at St. Michael's Catholic Church.
Burial was in Ralls Cemetery under the direction of Adams Funeral Home of Ralls.
He died Wednesday, Feb. 16, 2000, at Covenant Lakeside Plaza. He was born Jan. 22, 1911, in Hondo. He married Juanita Rodriguez on Sept. 23, 1931, in Paris, TX. He was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church. He had worked as a truck driver. He moved to the Ralls area in 1937.
Survivors include five sons, Justo Salas of Kennedy, TX; Bicente Salas, Jr., of Nolanville, TX; Ruben Salas of Sacramento, CA and Jua Salas of Shallowater; three daughters, Jesusa Cuellar of Ralls; Gloria Contreras of Willcox, AZ; and Elisa Gonzales, of Ralls,; 35 grandchildren; 51 great-grandchildren; and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
