RALLS — Mass for Lupe Rendon, 83, of Ralls will be at 2 p.m. today in St. Michael´s Catholic Church with Rev. Leonardo Pahamtang officiating.A rosary was said Sunday at the same church.
Burial will be in Ralls Cemetery under the direction of Adams Funeral Home.
He died Saturday, Jan. 19, 2002.
He was born Aug. 13, 1918, in Pleasanton. He married Julia Campos on Jan. 17, 1937, in Three Rivers. She died Oct. 17, 1996. He was a farmer and a member of St. Michael´s Catholic Church. He moved to Ralls in 1963 from Three Rivers.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Mary Helen Rendon, on Dec. 30, 1993.
Survivors include eight sons, Lupe Jr., Rocky and Ricky, all of Lubbock, Reynaldo of Littlefield, Gilbert of Borger, Tony of Stamford and Raymond and Frank, both of Ralls; four daughters, Rosa Rendon of Austin, Josie Aguilar and Amy Rendon, both of Lubbock, and Sandy Ramirez of Ralls; one brother, Frank, Jr. of Pleasanton; three sisters, Eusabis Campos of Beeville, Antonia Campos of Pawnee and Maria Morales of Kerrville; 43 grandchildren; 55 great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren.
