Rosary for Lupe M. Obregon, 58, of Ralls will be at 7:00 PM Thursday, May 8, 2003 at St. Michael´s Catholic Church in Ralls. Mass will be celebrated at 4:00 PM Friday, May 9, 2003 at the same church with Rev. Leonard Pahamtang, pastor, officiating. Burial will follow in the Ralls Cemetery.Mr. Obregon passed away at 4:25 PM Wednesday at Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock. He was born Dec. 5, 1944 in Chicago, Illinois and married Victoria Garcia March 23, 1963 in Crosbyton. He was a farmer and moved to Ralls in 1971 from Michigan and Florida. He was a member of St. Michael´s Catholic Church in Ralls.
Survivors include his wife Victoria of Ralls, his father, Isidro Obregon, Sr. of Ralls, 2 sons, Mike and Steve, both of Lubbock and a daughter, Brenda Rogers of Beaumont and by 3 sisters, Rosa Escobar of Crosbyton, Mary Obregon of Dallas and Luz Lebano of Waxahachie and by 5 grandchildren. He is preceded in death by 3 brothers, Rufinito in 1939, Richard in 2001, Isidro, Jr. in 2002 and by a sister Lupita Obregon in 1940.
