Services for Mildred Maxine Littlefield, 82, of Ralls wee held at 2:00 PM riday, November 24, 2006 at Adams Funeral Home in Ralls with Rev. Ken Bevel officiating. Burial followed in the Ralls Cemetery under direction of Adams Funeral Home of Ralls.Maxine passed away Tuesday, November 21, 2006 at Crosbyton Hospital. She was born February 21, 1924 in Midlothian, Texas to the late Percy Merle and Edith (Tinnin) Stricklin. She married L. E. "Beans" Littlefield August 2, 1941 in Cone, Texas. She was a homemaker and a member of the Ralls First Baptist Church. She lived in the Cone area most of her life and was the former owner of the Cone General Store. She was a very artistic and creative lady, an outstanding seamstress and an avid gardener. Her love of gardening came about as a child when her dad gave her seed to a very special flower. Her dad passed away when she was 12, but her love of gardening continued. She also loved square dancing. She lived for her family and always put her family and friends first.
She is preceded in death by a brother, Percy Stricklin and a sister, Martha Ann Adair. Survivors include, her husband; L. E. "Beans" Littlefield of Ralls, a son and his wife; Mike and Clemma Littlefield of Mansfield, Texas, two daughters and their husbands; Lynn and Jodie Ogle of Brownfield, Peggy and Ben Huggins of Lincoln, Nebraska, a sister; Bobbye Dale Stricklin Cromer of Kinston, NC, 8 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and several Littlefield and Stricklin nieces and nephews.
Serving as pallbearers are grandsons; Scott Ogle, Shawn Littlefield, Tyler Huggins, Jody Huggins, Brady Huggins, Mateo Cavazos, Monty Cooper and Chris Wren.

Services for L. E. "Beans" Littlefield, 86, of Ralls will be at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, March 21, 2007 at the Ralls First Baptist Church with the Rev. Ken Bevel officiating. Burial will be in Ralls Cemetery under direction of Adams Funeral Home of Ralls. Beans passed away Sunday, March 18, 2007 at Brownfield Regional Medical Center. He was born February 13, 1921 in Cone, Texas to the late Charlie and Mary Alice (Hankins) Littlefield. On August 2, 1941 he married Maxine Stricklin in Cone. She preceded him in death on November 21, 2006. Beans was a lifelong resident of the Cone area. He graduated from Draughn's Business School and was a farmer. Beans was a member of Ralls First Baptist Church, the Ralls Lions Club and was active in the Ralls Lions Club Rodeo. He is preceded in death by a sister; Pauline Mara in 1984. Survivors include; a son and his wife; Mike and Clemma Littlefield of Mansfield, two daughters and their husbands; Lyn and Jodie Ogle of Brownfield, Peggy and Ben Huggins of Lincoln, NE, a brother Odell Littlefield of Kerrville, eight grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and several Littlefield and Stricklin nieces and nephews.
