SERVICES HELD SUNDAY FOR IRA KEITH AT RALLS
Funeral services for Ira Keith, 69, a resident of Crosby county for 30 years, were conducted Sunday afternoon at the Baptist church in Ralls. He died Sunday morning of a heart attack in West Texas hospital in Lubbock, where he had been a patient since March 14.
Rev. Jeff Welch, pastor of Central Baptist church in Lubbock, officiated at the services, assisted by Rev. James S. Abernethy, pastor of the Ralls church. Burial was in the Ralls cemetery.
Mr. Keith is survived by his wife; two sons, Raleigh, of Las Vegas, N. Mex., and Clyde, of Denver City; two daughters, Mrs. Arthur Martin and Mrs. C. J. Hollingsworth, both of Lubbock; a sister, Miss Bonnie Keith, of San Antonio, and eight grandchildren. He was an uncle of Mrs. Owen Crump of Crosbyton.
Pallbearers were H. N. Watson, R. J. Belcher, Lige King, R. L. Kidd, O. D. Stephens and J. M. Rankin.
