Obituary

RALLS (Special) — Two funeral services for Clyde Hamrick Heafner, 71, of Wellman, will be held Saturday.

The first service will be held at 10 a.m. in the Wellman School Auditorium and the second will be conducted at 3 p.m. in the Emma Church of Christ in Ralls. Lewis Garnett, Big Spring Church of Christ minister, will officate at both services.

Burial will be in Ralls Cemetery under direction of Carter Funeral Hme of Ralls.

Pallbearers will be Arnold Chauncey and Barney Stagner both of Lubbock; Harold Priddy, Ralls; Wilburn Fuller, Amarillo, Kenneth Watson, Anton, and Floyd Fisher, Slaton.

Heafner died Wednesday in Lubbock. He suffered a heart attack while he and his wife were visiting a patient at Methodist Hospital.

He had lived in Wellman several years and formerly lived in Ralls.

Survivors include the wife, six sisters and two brothers.

Funeral services for Mrs. Inez Mabel Heafner, 73, of Wellman who died at 12:30 a.m. Monday in Methodist hospital were held at 2:30 p.m. Monday in the Wellman high school auditorium with Edwin Young of Lometa officiating.

Graveside services were held at 5 p.m. in the Ralls Cemetery with Carter Funeral Home in charge of arrangments.
