Tentative Rites Slated Monday For War Victim
RALLS (Special) Services for Marine Pfc. Windell Ray Grizzle, 19, killed in Viet Nam action Oct. 1, are tentatively set for 2 p.m. Monday at Frist Baptist Church here with the Rev. Richard Batchelder, pastor of Bethel Baptist Church, officiating.
Burial, with full military rites, will be in Ralls Cemetery under direction of Carter Funeral Home. The body will arrive in Lubbock by train at 7:30 a.m. Sunday.
The serviceman was a member of Company 1, 3rd Batalion of the 4th Marines. He had attended grade school in Ralls and O. L. Slaton Junior High and Lubobck High School, both in Lubbock.
