Services for Joyce Nell Gibson, 66, of Ralls were held at 2 p.m. Monday, Dec. 16, 1991, in First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Mike Struve, pastor, and the Rev. Russ Byard, pastor of Follett´s First United Methodist Church, officiating.Burial was in Ralls Cemetery under direction of Carter-Adams Funeral Home.
Mrs. Gibson, died at 6:45 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 15, 1991, in Lubbock´s Lakeside Nursing Home after a lengthy illness.
She was born Feb. 17, 1925 in Ralls and married Mahlon W. Gibson on Sept. 14, 1974, in Clovis, N.M. He died Aug. 4, 1991. She was a homemaker and had worked for Fox Photo in Lubbock. She was a member of First United Methodist Church. She had been under the Hospice Care in Lubbock. She had lived in Ralls since 1980.
