RALLS (Special) - Services for Helen Cannon Flowers, 84, of Ralls will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Ralls First Baptist Church with the Rev. Jim Morrow, pastor, and the Rev. Terry Harrell, a Baptist minister from Mansfield, officiating.

Burial will be in Ralls Cemetery under direction of Adams Funeral Home of Ralls.

She died Monday, Feb. 24, 1997, in Crosbyton Clinic Hospital.

She was born Jan. 23, 1913, in Bastow. She married Thurman Flowers on Feb. 6, 1937, in Lubbock. She was a member of Ralls First Baptist Church, Ralls Sewing Club and the Order of the Eastern Star. She served as a past worthy matron of the Ralls Chapter of the Eastern Star.

She was a homemaker.

Survivors include her husband; a son, Roger Scott of Lubbock; a daughter, Rita Althof of Roscoe; a brother, Fred C. Cannon of Lubbock; a sister, Wilma Harrell of Lubbock; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
