Aaron D. Ellison Rites Read In Ralls Saturday
Services for Aaron D. Ellison, 75, of Ralls were at 2:30 p.m. Saturday in the Emma Church of Christ with Jerry Hestand and James Eubank, ministers, officiating.Burial was in Ralls Cemetery under direction of Carter Funeral Home of Ralls.
Ellison, a retired farmer, died about 7:50 a.m. Thursday in Lubbock´s Methodist Hospital following a brief illness.
A resident of the South Plains since 1921, Ellison had resided in Lorenzo and Lubbock before moving to Ralls in 1944.
Survivors include his wife, Lena; a son, Elton of Ralls; a brother, John of Stephenville; a sister, Mrs. Mattie Yardley of Stephenville; and six grandchildren.
Pallbearers were D.B. Ellison, Lonnie Ellison, Dalton Mimms, Pete Mimms, James Parks and Luke Nickerson.
