RALLS (Special) - Services for Jewel Bishop, 70, of Ralls will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church here with the Rev. Lee Fuller, pastor, officiating.Burial will be in Ralls Cemetery under direction of Carter-Adams Funeral Home here.
Mrs. Bishop died about 9:30 p.m. Tuesday at a Eureka, Calif., hospital, where she had been treated after becoming ill on a vacation trip.
She was born in Bonham and moved to Crosby County 42 years ago. She married James "Sonny" Bishop Nov. 6, 1928, in Fannin County. She was a member of First Baptist Church, the Senior Citizens Club and the Joy Club.
Survivors include two daughters, Pauline Fanning of Lubbock and Barbara Flowers of Sudan; a brother, James Essary of Dallas; eight grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.
