Services for Dean Anderson, 64, of Ralls were held at 2 p.m., Friday, June 2, 2000 at Shiloh Baptist Church with the Rev. A.Y. Lauterdale officiating.
Burial was in Ralls Cemetery under the direction of Adams Funeral Home, Ralls.
He died May 27, 2000, at his home in Ralls.
He was born May 30, 1935, in Aquilla, TX.
He worked for Ralls Delinting Company. He moved to the Ralls area in 1949 from Hillsboro.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Exell Anderson, on June 20, 1994, and two sisters, Sedalia Whitfield in 1993 and Bertha Kelley in 1984.
Survivors include; three sons, Lou Dean Anderson, Jr., of Amarillo, Ronnie Anderson of Wichita Falls, and Donnie Anderson of Washington; two daughters, Audrey Johnson and Debra Phelps, both of Lubbock; four brothers, V.C. Anderson of Lubbock, Milford Anderson of Sacramento, CA, Cedell Anderson of Ralls and Ivory Scott of Los Angeles, CA; one sister, Ora Jean Anderson of Ralls, and ten grandchildren.
Pallbearers were T.L. McQueen, Jr., Nunnie Sustin Islam, Marvin Jones, Ben Salas, K.Y. Anderson and Pat Shelby.
