IDALOU (Special) - Services for Mallie Sanders, 86, of Idalou will be at 10 a.m. Friday in First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Mark Wilson, pastor, officiating.Burial will be in Lorenzo Cemetery under direction of Carter-Adams Funeral Home of Ralls.
Mrs. Sanders died at 12:45 p.m. Tuesday in St. Mary of the Plains Hospital in Lubbock after a lengthy illness.
She was born in Bogata and moved from Petersburg to Idalou in 1939. She married Ottis Lee Sanders on June 5, 1927, in Lorenzo. He died in 1973. She was a schoolteacher and had taught at Idalou, Petersburg, Estacado and Crosbyton. She was a Methodist.
