LORENZO (Special) - Graveside services for R.C. Mason, 71, of Lorenzo will be at 11 a.m. today in Lorenzo Cemetery with the Rev. Jim Morrow, pastor of Ralls First Baptist Church officiating.Interment is under direction of Carter-Adams Funeral Home of Ralls.
Mason died at 10:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 27, 1993, at his residence.
He was born on Nov. 6, 1921, in Pervis in Erath County. He married Mary Smith on Jan. 6, 1946, in Plainview. The couple moved from Lubbock in 1970 to Lorenzo, where he founded and operated Lorenzo Manufacturing Co.
Survivors are his wife; four sons, Robert, Michael, David and Roger, all of Lorenzo; two daughters, JoAnn Curbo and Donna Brown, both of Lorenzo; a sister, Dean Mason of Midland; 11 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren
The family suggests memorials to the Lorenzo Library.
