LORENZO (Special) - Services for Annie Rebecca Guess, 89, of Lorenzo will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in the Lorenzo First United Methodist Church with the Rev. James Holman, pastor of the First United Methodist Church in Canadian, officiating. He will be assisted by the Rev. John Jenkins, pastor of the Lorenzo Baptist Church.Burial will be in the Lorenzo Cemetery under the direction of Carter Funeral Home in Ralls.
She died at 7 p.m. Wednesday in a Lubbock nursing home.
She was a native of Rogers where she attended public schools. She was a graduate of Thomas Arnold School of Salado and a member of the Lorenzo First United Methodist Church.
Survivors include two sons, Robert E. of Lorenzo and James H. of Dallas; a daughter, Mrs. Sterling Ward of Springfield, MO.; a sister, Mrs. Hans Nelson of Fort Worth; a grandchild; and two great-grandchildren.
