Biography

Uncle Billie Weatherby was the janitor for the courtyard and house. He plowed with old "Dock" and kept the weeds from around the locust trees. He was a Yankee soldier and had drifted to New Mexico after the war, and finally made his way to his last home at Emma. He never told the story of his life beyond the fact of his service in the war.
