Obituary

U.S.Flag   CROSBYTON (Special) - Services for Jesse R. Sifuentez, 69, of Crosbyton will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Crosbyton Church of Christ with Carrol Robertson officiating.

Military graveside services will be in the Crosbyton Cemetery. Burial will be under direction of Adams Funeral Home.

He died at 6:30 p.m. Friday at his home after a lengthy illness. Justice of the Peace Clyde Davis ruled natural causes in the death.

Sifuentez was born in San Antonio and moved to Crosbyton in 1961. He served with the U.S. Army in World War II. He married Aurelia Sifuentez on July 5, 1982, in Crosbyton. He was a cotton gin worker and a member of Iglesia De Cristo.

Survivors include his wife; seven sons, Jesse Jr. of Fort Worth; Antonio, Joe and Paul, all of San Antonio, and Valentin, Mark and Moses, all of Crosbyton; nine daughters, Mary Lou Lopez, Brenda Martinez, Patty Sifuentez, Adella Sifuentez, Margaret Garza and Elaine Sifuentez, all of Crosbyton, Julia Castellon of Abernathy.
