Rosary for Guadalupe Salinas, 31, of Crosbyton will be said at 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 11, 2009 at San Jose Catholic Church in Crosbyton. Mass will be celebrated at 2 p.m. Thursday, March 12, 2009 at the same church with Father Ernesto Lopez officiating. Burial will be in Crosbyton Cemetery under direction of Adams Funeral Home of Crosbyton.
Guadalupe passed away on March 6, 2009 in Lubbock. He was born June 18, 1977 in Weslaco to Joe Angel Salinas, Sr. and Blanca (Silva) Salinas. He moved to Crosbyton in 2009 from Houston. He was preceded in death by his father, Jose Angel Salinas, Sr., and a sister, Rita Gutierrez, who died on March 6, 2009.
Survivors include his mother, Blanca Salinas of Crosbyton; four brothers, Joe Angel Salinas, Jr. of Ralls, Jorge Gutierrez of Albuquerque, Robert Gutierrez of Crosbyton, Julio Salinas of Donna; and three sisters, Rosemary Salinas of Crosbyton, Josie Gutierrez of Lubbock, and April Salinas of Crosbyton.
