Services for Oscar Rendon, age 37, of Southland were held Wednesday, April 25, 2001 at San Jose Catholic Church in Crosbyton with Leonardo Pahamtang officiating. Rosary was said Tuesday, April 24, 2001 at San Jose Catholic Church in Crosbyton.Burial was in Crosbyton Cemetery under the direction of Adams Funeral Home of Crosbyton.
He died Sunday, April 22, 2001 at Crosbyton. He was born January 31, 1964 in Crosbyton. He married Janie Garcia on May 14 in Crosbyton.
He was a member of the Guadalupe Catholic Church of Slaton and a farmer, he moved to Southland in 1995 from Crosbyton.
Survivors include: His wife, Janie Rendon of Southland; 1 Son, Oscar Rendon, Jr. of Southland; 3 Daughters, Adrienne Rendon, Ashley Rendon, and Angela Rendon, all of Southland; 1 Brother, Ted Rendon of Crosbyton; 1 Sister, Vickie Quitana of Crosbyton.
