Obituary

Funeral rites for Mrs. Annie Ray, 86, longtime Crosby County resident, were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Crosbyton Church of Christ.

Roger Turner, minister, officiated, assisted by Leonard Dennis, minister of the McAdoo Church of Christ. Burial was in Crosbyton cemetery under direction of King Funeral Home.

Mrs. Ray died about 6 p.m. Sunday in the Crosbyton hospital after an extended illness.

A native of Jack County she moved to Crosby County in 1917. She was a member of the Crosbyton Church of Christ.

She is survived by one son, Frank of Crosbyton; two grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
