Mass was celebrated for Andrew Ramon, Jr., 46, of Ralls at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 4, 1997, in St. Michael´s Catholic Church with Deacon Tony Flores, officiating.
Burial followed in the Crosbyton Cemetery under direction of Adams Funeral Home of Ralls.
Mr. Ramon died at 11:05 a.m. Monday, June 2, 1997, in Lubbock´s St. Mary Hospital following an illness.
He was born Jan 9, 1951, in Rotan, TX, and married Oralia Ruiz on April 25, 1976, in Ralls. He was a Catholic and helped with the Ralls High School Band Boosters. He moved to Ralls in 1992 from Marietta, OK.
Survivors include his wife, Oralia Ramon of Ralls; a daughter, Lisa Ann Ramon of Ralls; his mother, Nennie Lou Ramon of Leon, OK; his grandmother, Vera Lou Ashton of Abilene; four brothers, Alfonso Ramon, Alfred Ramon, and Anthony Ramon all of Leon, OK, and Angelo Ramon of Bakersfield, CA; eight sisters, Rosalinda Sandolval of Amarillo, Vera Wolfe of Leon, OK, Nancy Hartman of Tishomingo, OK, Guadalupe Ramon of Canyon County, CA, Debbie Escobedo, Patricia Ramon, and Aurora Vernon of Marietta, OK, and Nennie Cross of Lone Grove, OK.
