Services for Jennie Lou Paschall, 82, of Lubbock, formerly of Lorenzo, will be held at 10:00 AM Monday, November 28, 2005 at the Lorenzo First United Methodist Church with Rev. Jerry Williams, officiating. Burial will follow in the Crosbyton Cemetery under direction of Adams Funeral Home of Lorenzo. Visitation will be from 4:00 to 5:00 PM Sunday at Adams Funeral Home in Lorenzo.Mrs. Paschall passed away Thursday, November 24, 2005 at her Lubbock home. She was born June 26, 1923 in Anson, Texas to Bob Corbett and Winnie Goodwin Hale. On July 17, 1943 she married R. A. Paschall in Kalgary, Texas. He preceded her in death on October 23, 2005. She attended the Lorenzo First United Methodist Church. A lifelong resident of Crosby County, she was a school teacher and homemaker. She was a member of Delta Kappa Gamma, Ogallala Quilting Club, the Order of the Eastern Star and the Red Hat Society.
Preceding in death, besides her husband and parents, are a brother, Bob "Jack" Hale, Jr. and a sister Lorene Blagg.
Surviving her are a son and his wife, Joe and Ann Paschall of Wenatchee, Washington, two daughters and their husbands, Bernita and Bruce Colvin of Winston Salem, NC and Suzy and Mike Green of Lubbock, a brother, Goodwin Hale of Crosbyton, a sister, Eva Nell Brister of Weslaco, Texas, 7 grandchildren and a great grandchild. Serving as casket bearers will be Hop Boyd, Bobby Joe Jennings, Jim Norris, Kenneth Sellers, Bobby Green and Mike Green. Robert Swetnam will serve as an honorary casket bearer.
