CROSBYTON (Special) Johney L. Parker, 74, died about 11:50 p.m. Tuesday after suffering a heart attack.
Services were to be at 3 p.m. today in Crosbyton Church of Christ. Bill Bryant, minister of Parkway Church of Christ in Lubbock, was to officiate. He was to be assisted by Roger Turner, minister of Crosbyton Church of Christ. Burial was to be in Crosbyton Cemetery.
Mr. Parker was born in Loup City, Neb. and moved to Crosby County in 1912. He was a farmer and a veteran of World War I.
Survivors include his wife; four sons, Larry Parker of Littlefield, Jack Parker of Lubbock, Don Parker of Crosbyton and Dayton Parker of Tahoka; a brother, Charlie Parker of Crosbyton; and eight grandchildren.

CROSBYTON (Special) - Services for Lettie Parker, 87, of Crosbyton will be at 2 p.m. today in Crosbyton Church of Christ with Jim York, minister, and Carrol Robertson officiating.
Burial will be in Crosbyton Cemetery under direction of Adams Funeral Home.
She died at 4:45 p.m. Monday in St. Mary of the Plains Hospital in Lubbock after a brief illness.
Mrs. Parker was born in Arcadia, Neb., and moved to Crosbyton in 1915. She graduated from Crosbyton High School and attended West Texas State College. She married Johney L. Parker on Oct. 12, 1922, in Plainview. He died Dec. 2, 1969. She was a homemaker and a member of Big Four Demonstration Club, Quilting Club, Crosbyton Senior Citizens and the Church of Christ.
Survivors include four son, Larry of Brownwood, Jack of Idalou, Don of Crosbyton and Dayton of Tahoka; 10 grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
