Rosary set for 7:00 PM Friday, June 3, 2011 at San Jose Catholic Church in Crosbyton. Services will be 10:30 AM Saturday, June 4, 2011 at San Jose Catholic Church with Father Ernesto Lopez officiating. Burial will follow at Crosbyton Cemetery and is under direction of Adams Funeral Home of Crosbyton.
Sally Palacios, 60, of Crosbyton passed away with her family by her side Wednesday, June 1, 2011 at Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock. She was born January 15, 1951in Kennedy, Texas to Natividad Luna, Sr. and Margaret (Garcia) Luna. She married Juan Palacios March 2, 1969 in Crosbyton. Sally was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who enjoyed spending time with her family.
She is preceded in death by her, father Natividad Luna Sr, and a brother, Natividad Luna, Jr.
Survivors include her mother, Margaret Luna of Ralls, and her loving husband, Juan Palacios, Sr of Crosbyton, three daughters all of Crosbyton, Margaret and Michael Rodriguez, Mary Jane Palacios and Ralph Escobar, and Joann Palacios, one son and his wife, Juan Jr and Becky Palacios also of Crosbyton, three brothers, Armando and Arnufo Luna of Ralls, Arturo Luna of Brownfield, four sisters, Stella Dominguez of Idalou, Sylvia Villa of Mercedes, Rita Pereida of Lubbock and Zoila Casarez of Ralls, eight grandchildren, Matthew Palacios and Andrea Rivera, Ursula Escobar, Jacob Escobar, Cassidy Pesina, Katerina Pesina, Leila Palacios, Luis Palacios, and Andrew Pesina, two great grandchildren, Cameron and D'Wayne Palacios, she leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews and family members to cherish her memory.
Casket bearers will be Trent Terrell, Alex Tarin, Eric Pereida, Ricky Salazar Jr, Ernest Dominguez and Raul Dominguez Jr.
