Graveside Services for Doris Mae Lemonds, 88, of Crosbyton will be at 2:00 PM, Monday, December 4, 2006 in the Crosbyton Cemetery with the Rev. Patrick Lewis officiating. Arrangements are under direction of Adams Funeral Home of Crosbyton.Doris passed away Thursday, November 30, 2006 at Crosbyton Hospital. She was born on November 16, 1918 in Lufkin, Texas to the late George James and Berta Gregg. She was married to Edwin G. Crausbay and he preceded her in death on November 24, 1953. Then on March 26, 1956 she married Joseph Wiley Lemonds in Portales, NM. He preceded her in death on June 28, 1983. Doris moved to the Crosbyton area in 1945 and was a homemaker and a member of the Methodist Church.
Survivors include; a son and his wife; Allen and Yvonne Crausbay of Crosbyton, two grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, Sunday at Adams Funeral Home. The family suggests memorials to the Assembly of God Church 110 N. Durham Crosbyton, Texas 79322.
