Chester Leslie Hefley married Emma Elaina Smith of Austin, Texas on Aug 02, 1905. They had four sons: Milton , J.C. Charles, and William.

Obituary

CROSBYTON (Special) - The Rev. Jim Bozeman, Plains, assisted by the Rev. I. Bishop, Plainview, will conduct funeral services at 2 p.m. Friday in First Baptist Church here for Mrs. Emma Hefley, 77, who died in Crosbyton Clinic Hospital Tuesday.

Burial will be in Crosbyton Cemetery under the direction of King Funeral Home.

Mrs. Hefley moved to Crosbyton in 1913, moving to New Mexico in 1938. She returned here last year.

Survivors include four sons, Milton, Hereford, J.C., Artesia, N.M., Roy, Fort Worth, and Elbert, Lake Tahoe, Calif.; five sisters, nine grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
