CROSBYTON (Special) Services for Frank Harold Ellison, 69, of Crosbyton will be at 3 p.m. today in First Baptist Church here with the Rev. Bobby Rine, pastor of First Baptist Church in Crosbyton, and Glen Gray, pastor of Crosbyton Church of Christ, officiating.Burial will be in Crosbyton Cemetery under direction of Adams Funeral Home in Crosbyton.
He died at 11 p.m. Monday in Crosbyton Hospital.
Ellison was born in Mullins, Neb., but had lived in Crosbyton most of his life. He was a mechanic. He married Juanita Whitehead in Carlton May 2, 1938.
He was the father of Twila Aufill, accounting manager of The Avalanche Journal.
Other survivors include his wife; a daughter, Nelda Armstrong of Lubbock; two brothers, Edwin of Lovington, N.M., and Henry of Lubbock; a sister, Modie Phillips of Lubbock; nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Services for Juanita Ellison, 87, of Dublin were at 2 p.m. Sunday, February 18, 2001, at the Crosbyton First Baptist Church with Lester B. Griffin officiating.
Burial was in the Crosbyton Cemetery under the direction of Adams Funeral Home of Crosbyton.
She died on Thursday, February 15, 2001, at Anderson´s Bluebonnet Acres Nursing Home in Dublin.
She was born March 10, 1913, in Shackelford County. She married Frank Harold Ellison on May 22, 1938, in Carlton. He died June 27, 1983. She then married Fred Lee on July 28, 1986, in Carlton. He died in 1996.
She was a member of Crosbyton First Baptist Church and the Green Acres First Baptist Church in Stephenville. She was a 1931 graduate of Turnersville High School. She moved to Crosbyton in 1946 then to Hamilton in 1986. She moved to Dublin in 1995. She was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Cindy Armstrong Brown, who passed away on April 25, 1997.
Survivors include two daughters, Nelda Armstrong and Twila Aufill, both of Lubbock; a brother, Ross Whitehead of Lake Livingston; five sisters, Voncille Anderson of Dublin, Dorothy Landes of Rotan, Loretta Lee of Burnet, Margaret Cox of Hico and Helen Parks of Arlington; eight grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
