My notes show that Robert Lee ELLIS was first married to Daisy Mildred CARTER, d/o Sidney Jackson CARTER and Alice Texana COLLINGS. She was b. 31 Dec 1904 in Erath Co., TX; d. 06 Nov 1944 in Lubbock, Lubbock Co., TX; bur. Whiteface Cemetery, Cochran Co., TX. She md. "Bob" ELLIS, 17 Nov 1935 in Morton, Cochran Co., TX, and had three children: Barbara Gail ELLIS, Kay Ann ELLIS and Bobbie Lynn ELLIS.

LORENZO (Special) - Services for Estelle Ellis, 81, of Lorenzo will be at 3 p.m. today in the Crosbyton First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Jo Carr officiating.

Burial will be in Crosbyton Cemetery under direction of Adams Funeral Home.

She died Friday, Jan. 23, 1998, in St. Mary Hospital in Lubbock.

She was born Feb. 16, 1916, in Quinlan. She married Robert Lee "Bob" Ellis on Oct. 13, 1945, in Ft. Sumner, N.M. He died Jan. 29, 1983.

She was a homemaker and member of the Crosbyton First United Methodist Church. She moved to Crosbyton in 1948 from Lubbock and then to Lorenzo in 1996.

Survivors include three daughters, Gail House of Lubbock, Kay Isbell of Denton and Bobbie Aleman of Fort Worth; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

The family will be at Crosbyton First United Methodist Church for an hour before the service.
