DR. C. L. EDGE IS BURIED SUNDAY AFTERNOON HERE
Local Docor Died Saturday Morning At Home
Dr. C. L. Edge, 53, died Saturday, June 21, at the family residence in Crosbyton. Funeral services were held at the Curry Funeral Home Sunday afternoon at 3:00 o'clock, conducted by Rev. Noel V. Guice. He was buried in the Crosbyton cemetery with Curry Funeral Home in charge.
Dr. Edge was born in Troy, Alabama, June 5, 1888. He has lived in Crosbyton for 15 years where he has been practicing medicine during the time.
Survivors are his wife and one daughter, Mrs. Lucille Ellen Ellis; two brothers, Dr. Oscar N. Edge, Troy, Ala., one son deceased, Claude (Jack) Edge.
Pallbearers were Bill Nickson, Edd Ballard, Bud Johnson, Arthur Wallace, R. L. Johnson, and Sam Caldwell.
