Obituary

Bill Allison, 71, died about 11:30 a.m. Saturday at Highland Hospital in Lubbock.

Services were at 2 p.m. Monday in the Assembly of God church in Ralls with the Rev. Royce Barker, pastor, officiating. Burial was at Cone Cemetery under direction of Carter Funeral Home of Ralls.

Allison, a native of Hill County, had been a resident of the Ralls area since 1926 when he moved from his native county. He was a retired Texas Highway Department employee.

Survivors include his wife; three sons, Tommy Allison of Hobbs, NM, Bobby Allison of Perryton and George Luttral of Andrews; two brothers, R.H. Allison of Whitney and J.H. Allison of Hillsboro, three sisters, Mrs. Cattie Rape and Mrs. Alma French, both of Santa Ann, Calif., and Mrs. Inez Martin of Hillsboro; and two grandchildren.

Services for Emogene Allison, 87, of Ralls will be at 11 a.m., Tuesday, June 21, 2005 at the Ralls Assembly of God Church with the Rev. Vance Mitchell and the Rev. Gary McLendon officiating. Burial will be in Cone Cemetery under direction of Adams Funeral Home of Ralls.

She passed away Saturday, June 18, 2005 at her home in Ralls.

Emogene was born Jan. 25, 1918 in Lamar County to John and Birdie Chloe (Holcomb) Patterson. On April 17, 1947 she married Willie Lee "Bill" Allison in Ralls. He preceded her in death on June 3, 1972.

She was a member of the Ralls Assembly of God Church and a homemaker. She moved to Ralls in 1924.

She is preceded in death by a stepson Thomas Charles Allison.

Survivors include two sons and their wives; George "Lucky" and LuAnne Luttrell of White River Lake, Bobby and Sue Allison of Panhandle; five grandchildren; and 1 great grandchild.
