Mrs. R. J. Moore, 84 Died There Sunday Night
Mrs. R. J. Moore, 84, of Eola, was buried there at 3
o'clock Monday afternoon, following death at 10 o'clock Sunday night. Funeral
services were conducted at the graveside with the Rev. Hardt of Paint Rock
officiating.
Mrs. Moore was a member of the Methodist Church. A son, W. A.
Moore, of Eola, survives. The Robert Massie Company had charge.

Mrs. Rebecca Jane Moore Dies
Mrs. Rebecca Jane Moore, a pioneer resident of Concho
County passed away at her home in Eola Sunday night, January 1, at 9:55 p. m.
She was born in Memphis, Tenn., November 6, 1842. She came to Paint Rock in
April, 1892, living here and at Eola the rest of her life. She was a
member of the Methodist Church for many years. her husband died about six years
ago.
Mrs. Moore leaves one son, Will H. Moore, and a number of
nephews and nieces.
Funeral services were conducted from graveside by her pastor,
Rev. L. D. Hardt.
