MRS. JOHN F. LLOYD, FORMER RESIDENT, BURIED HERE
   Funeral services were held at 1 o'clock Wednesday at the Methodist church here for Mrs. John F. Lloyd, 72, who died at Brownwood Tuesday.
    Mrs. Lloyd, with her family, lived here for many years, having moved away about 18 years ago. Some members of the family resided here until recent years, and many relatives still make this their home.
    Funeral services were conducted by the Methodist pastor of Brownwood, assisted by Rev. W. L. Wall, pastor while Mrs. Lloyd lived here, and Rev. L. D. Hardt, present Methodist pastor. All her children who survive were present for the funeral, and several friends of the family here were in attendance.  News of the funeral was not known generally until a short time before the body arrived here, else a large number would have attended, as the deceased was known and loved by a host of Eden people.
    Survivors include Ira and Henry Lloyd, Mrs. Will Aylor of Miles, Mrs. John Thomas and a daughter whose name we were unable to learn.
