CAMP COUNTY - CROSS ROADS  CEMETERY


Mr. Albert Hugh Smith was born March 17, 1944 in Vallejo, California to Herman & Iris Dean Taylor Smith and passed away on July 27, 2016 at Titus Regional Medical Center in Mt. Pleasant, Texas.

Mr. Smith was a machinist in the steel industry and farmer, owning and operating East Texas Peach and Berry Farm. He was also a member of Crossroads Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife: Sharon Smith of Pittsburg; Sons: David and Amy Smith of Pittsburg; Stephen Smith of Waverly, Kansas; Grandchildren: Kristina & Josh Jaycox, Dawn & Harold Kennington, Hollie & Colton Cook, Marshall Smith, Amber Smith, and Megan Smith.

Great grandchildren: Cooper Kennington, Andrea Jaycox, Lillian Jaycox, and Jo Grace Cook Brother: John D. & Judy Smith of Morristown, Arizona.

He was preceded in death by his parents and daughter: Dawn Michelle Smith.

Services will be held 10:00 A.M. Friday, July 29, 2016 at Erman Smith Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Crossroads Cemetery in Camp County. Visitation with the family will be held between 6:00 - 8:00 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home.
