Kenneth Schane, 72, died Sunday, June 12, 2011 at his residence. Services 
will be held Tuesday, June 14, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at Erman Smith Funeral 
Home Chapel with Sister Wedena Oliver, Bro. Timothy Schane and Bro. Donald 
Points officiating. Interment will follow in Ebenezer Cemetery.

Pallbearers are Tom Nixon, Larry Nixon, Larry Gray, Joel Williamson, and 
Jamisen Curlin. Honorary Pallbearers are Larry Schrum, Josh Dyar, Jay 
Williams, and Jackson Coates.

Mr. Shane was born January 12, 1939 in Mineral Wells, Texas. He worked at 
Pittsburg Tractor Company in the mechanical department. He had attended 
the Church of God in Ore City, Texas.

He is survived by his wife, Crystal Shane of Pittsburg; one son, Wade 
Schane of Pittsburg; five daughters and four sons-in-law, Bridgett and 
Rusty Dyar of Gladewater, Diana and Steve Jensen of Forney, Jan and Roger 
Curlin of Mansfield, Kenya and Matt Edzards of Paris, and A'Miya Schane 
of Pittsburg; 15 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; one brother and 
sister-in-law, Timothy and Joyce Schane of Corsicana; two sisters and 
brother-in-laws, Opal and Truman Green, Mary and Kenneth Burns all of 
Pittsburg; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Mary Henson Schane.
