Mrs. McNeely was born to John and Mary Birdsong. She was a member of 
the Ebenezer Friendship Baptist Church in Camp County.

She is survived by sons and daughters-in-law Donnie and Cindy Scroggins 
of Pittsburg, Dauvin "Chad" and Joanie McNeely of Mount Pleasant, and 
David Scroggins of Worllforth; daughter and son-in-law Debra and Rodger 
Roberts of Lubbock; grandchildren Davey and Anita Scroggins, Don Paul 
and Jessie Scroggins, Danny Joe and Summer Scroggins, Rodger and Angela 
Roberts, Brandon and Jennifer Scroggins, Bradley Scroggins, James Roberts, 
Jonathan Roberts, Courtney McNeely, Michelle and Jeff Laventree, and 
Penny Scroggins; sister Clara Kirby of New Mexico; and numerous nieces 
and nephews.

She was preceded in death by husband Don McNeely and her parents.
